• A vast exposition hall for the urns and coffins that can be converted into a chapel for the ceremonies at the funeral home
• A reception room, in the basement, with 75 seats and a coffee corner when the exposition is at the funeral home
• A kitchen with microwave and refrigerator for the reception with independent entry for the caterer
• A columbarium to store the urns and pay respect to deceased

• 2 televisions for the photo montage on USB drive
• A 5 CD sound system for music during the expositions at the home
• A changing table in the basement bathroom
